ABOUT THE FOUNDER
MICHAEL TRAIN, BA, MSc.Ed, OCT
Michael Train founded Niteo in 2015 to change the way students learn. Michael holds a BA in Child Psychology from McMaster University, and an MSc in Education from Niagara University. He's a member of the Ontario College of Teachers and taught with the Peel District School Board for 15 years. Michael specializes in working with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and executive function challenges. Furthermore, he holds specialist qualifications in technology integration and reading.
Michael passionately believes in helping students to achieve success in all areas of their learning. This means teaching organizational skills and learning strategies as well as embracing technology to make learning easier.
Michael lives part-time in the city and part-time in the country with his partner Robin and their four children.
